Only dealers with at least half of their technicians holding North American Technician Excellence (NATE) certification – the only industry-wide standard for HVAC service quality – can join the Carrier Factory Authorized Dealers network.
Plus, all dealers are qualified to service all makes and models of equipment, providing an added level of support on those makes.
